Our Professional Staff
John N. Craft, CPA, ABV, CVA, CFF
the managing member, is in charge of the firm's tax, audit, management advisory and litigation support services. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited Business Valuator, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified in Financial Forensics. Mr. Craft appraises businesses for purposes of estate planning, estate settlement, and in cases of litigation. His valuations have also been used by small business owners to determine the selling price for their businesses.
Mr. Craft has practiced accountancy in Richmond for more than forty years. He began his career at Adams and Warren, CPAs (later Amick and Helm, CPAs) in 1969, where he advanced from junior accountant to partner in the firm. Mr. Craft went on to join Potter and Company as Partner-In-Charge of their Richmond office and then as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Minerich, Inc. before co-founding Craft, Noble and Company in 1989. Mr. Craft is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He served on the Kentucky State Board of Accountancy from 1990-1998, holding the office of President from 1993-1995. He has served on the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy Committees on Administration and Finance (1994-1995) and Long Range Planning (1996). Mr. Craft also served as a member of the Kentucky Society of CPA's Board of Directors from 1978-1981. In 2002, Mr. Craft qualified as an Arbitrator and Mediator. Mr. Craft is an alumnus of Eastern Kentucky University, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting.
P. Jared Noble, CPA
joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a Staff Accountant in January 1999. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Noble received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in May 1999. Mr. Noble was admitted to the firm as a member in September 2002.
Diana F. Wedel, CPA
joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a staff accountant in January, 2002. She is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has twenty-six years of experience in public accounting. Ms. Wedel is a graduate of Montclair State University in Upper Montclair, New Jersey, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Before joining Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC, Ms. Wedel was employed as a staff accountant for Daniel P. Vigillante, CPA in Denville, New Jersey.
Samuel L. Waninger, CPA
joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a staff accountant in June of 2012. He is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Waninger received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College in May of 2012. Mr. Waninger was admitted to the firm as a member on January 2017.
Dylan Kelley joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC as a tax season intern in 2016. Dylan received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Public Accounting in May 2017, from Eastern Kentucky University. Dylan is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at Eastern Kentucky University and is expected to graduate in May of 2019. Upon graduation Dylan plans to continue his professional development by pursuing the CPA certification. He is a 2013 graduate of Madison Central High School and a resident of Madison County.

Rosena F. Allen
provides para-professional accounting service to the firm's clients. She graduated from Hazard Community College in 1972 with an Associates Degree in Secretarial Administration.
Sonya Spurlock joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC in August of 2017 and serves as the firm office manager. Sonya is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting in 2005.
Kim Mitchell joined Craft, Noble & Company, PLLC in June of 2017. Kim serves as the secretary/receptionist and handles bookkeeping and tax return processing. Kim has 23 years of experience in office settings.
